Sent my sons to get haircuts today. The lady cutting my 11 year olds hair talked about how lit she was going to get tonight. My college sons haircut is completely uneven and the worst cut I have ever seen. She complained to him that it was too thick to cut. Waste of time and money since they will both need another cut tomorrow before going in public. Short staffed should not equal inability to cut hair. Very dissatisfied.

Dana the manager at the Cobb pkwy store in kennesaw ga is one of the best hair stylists you will ever meet. She made me feel welcome, gave a great hair cut and took the time to ensure I’ll come back again and again and ask for her. She took time to make sure her cut was perfect. Best haircut I’ve ever had!

I walked in this place no one greated me and one of the stylist just gave me a look like "oh great another customer" not in a good way. So I left and now I'm sitting here at great clips where I was greated as soon as I walked in the door with a smile.
