I walked in this place no one greated me and one of the stylist just gave me a look like "oh great another customer" not in a good way. So I left and now I'm sitting here at great clips where I was greated as soon as I walked in the door with a smile.

Excellent overall experience. The wait time was accurate, customer service was great. Heather did a perfect job with the haircut and was extremely friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this store.
